There is no widget. You should add your widgets into Features sidebar area on Appearance => Widgets of your dashboard.
Po and Mo File is Included
You can translate our theme with po mo files. Before doing this you can install po editor program. Such as Virtaal editor or Po Editor etc. Then you can export it your own language. Don't forgot to set the language name on your wp-config file.
